SUTL Marina Holdings Pte Ltd is an investment holding company wholly-owned by SGX Mainboard listed SUTL Enterprise. Its role is to seek out marina-related businesses that the Group may potentially invest in by way of acquisition, mergers or joint ventures. SUTL Marina Holdings currently owns the ONE°15 Marina Club, Sentosa Cove, Singapore and is actively exploring partnerships in the region that will enable it to fulfil the Group’s goal to establishing a buzzing yachting community in Asia and beyond.
