ONE°15 Events Management is the dedicated event management division of SUTL Enterprise Limited. Established with the mission to curate iconic lifestyle events, it is committed to delivering exceptional experiences to members, the broader yachting community, and business enthusiasts alike. It is also a strategic extension of the ONE15’s brand promise.
The division’s portfolio includes the successful curation of the Blue Water EduFest, a non-profit event dedicated to ocean and coastal conservation. Launched in 2022, the Blue Water EduFest aims to raise awareness about marine conservation issues to combat climate change and celebrate the efforts of eco-champions throughout the region. The team are also the organisers behind the highly successful Singapore Yachting Festival. This event showcases the strength of the yachting community in Singapore and the growing interest among affluent lifestyle enthusiasts in Asia. It also serves as an important platform to promote yachting as a lifestyle, while positioning Singapore as an economic hub for cruising yachts and superyachts.

Consultancy & Management Services
SUTL Enterprise, which also owns the ONE°15 brand, offers consultancy and management services to developers and owners of waterfront real estate under its wholly-owned subsidiary, ONE15 Management & Technical Services Pte Ltd. The company offers a range of comprehensive pre-construction advisory services including marina master planning, feasibility studies and market research, marina design and also project management. Its goal is to assist developers and owners in building quality infrastructure that will ensure a success for the marina.
Post-construction, ONE15 Management & Technical Services Pte Ltd provides consultancy services in the form of business planning and optimisation. Under its management services, the company offers the day-to-day running of the marina’s operations hospitality management, and the use of its ONE°15 brand for an annual licence fee.
ONE15 Management & Technical Services Pte Ltd currently manages ONE°15 branded marinas in Singapore, New York, Indonesia and China.

Yacht Chartering
SUTL Enterprise manages a fleet of luxury yachts for charter under its wholly-owned subsidiary, ONE15 Luxury Yachting Pte Ltd. Based in Singapore, the chartering service operates from the ONE°15 Marina Club, Sentosa Cove.
Our fleet comprises more than 30 vessels ranging from 17 metres to 40 metres, which belong to yacht owners who are registered with One15 Luxury Yachting’s yacht charter program.
Yachting has become increasingly popular as a recreational activity for city dwellers, who yearn to get away from the crowds by going out to the open sea. Our customers include companies that book the vessels for corporate events and also individuals who want an alternative venue for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and other special occasions.
ONE15 Luxury Yachting enables our customers to enjoy the boating lifestyle without the financial burden of owning a yacht.
